We are delighted to open the 89th Kent County Show to what forecasters say will be a hot and sunny three days.  The headline this year is The Household Cavalry Musical Ride, steeped in tradition they will perform at the Show dressed in full state ceremonial uniforms. The display will demonstrate the Regiment’s precise battlefield and ceremonial manoeuvres all carried out to music. Riders will train for this display at least a month in advance and will have completed a five month riding course. The display at the Kent County Show will demonstrate the rigorous training, precision and excellence of the world’s only combat serving mounted ceremonial soldiers. The Household Cavalry Musical Ride is sure to delight and entertain and is a must see for visitors to the Show. See the Household Cavalry Musical Ride in the Astor Ring at 10.00am and 3.15pm on Friday, 10.45am and 3.30pm on Saturday, and 11.00am and 3.15pm on Sunday.
