Following the cancellation of the 2020 Kent County Show, the information for trade stands at the 2021 Show will be released in the Autumn. Below is the information for 2020.
Kent’s annual event, Kent County Show, is a showcase event for farming, countryside and rural life and brings together the best of Kent offering a fantastic day out full of entertainment, food, animals and shopping.

Your online application will not be submitted until payment details have been entered and you will receive a confirmation email. We offer all existing exhibitors the opportunity to re-book the same pitch (dependent upon any layout changes). In order to secure your stand please send a completed application form along with full payment before 3 February 2020.
In order to maintain a high standard and due to popular demand for space, we implement a selection process for new exhibitors. To be considered, you are required to complete the first two pages of the application form (page 29/30) and return along with photos of your stand, products, full payment and as much information as possible about what you will be doing at the Show.
We can take new application forms at any time, but the earlier we receive your application form the better chance you have of securing a pitch and taking full advantage of all our Show benefits. Please note that new exhibitors will be informed in the spring time if their application has been successful.

Deadline for returning exhibitors wishing to secure the same location.
2 March 2020
All tradestand prices have been frozen this year as long as tradestands are booked by the 2 March 2020.
3 March 2020
Tradestands can still be applied for after the 2 March; however a 3% price increase will be applicable.
27 April 2020
Deadline for all exhibitors. The office must have received a completed application form and full payment by this date to secure a space within the Show.
12 June 2020
