What space do you offer?

Outside ‘open space’ is offered in multiples of 3m starting at 3m deep by 6m frontage. Open space is an area, mainly on grass, marked out to your booked measurements ready for you to fill with your tradestand unit, marquee or display. We also offer alu frame units which are set up aluminium framed structures (a marquee) which comes with a roof, side partitions, night sheets and a banner rail. We offer alu frame units in blocks of 3m x 3m or 3m x 6m. Further details of pitch fees and space available can be found in our tradestand brochure.

Where will my pitch be located?

If you have a desired location you should make this known to the tradestand co-ordinator at the point of booking. You can find a copy of the map in the tradestand brochure. Your stand will not be confirmed until your site has been agreed and the tradestand co-ordinator will work with you to find the best location for your product or service. Please include as much information as possible with your application form, including pictures of your stand and products.


Please note although every endeavour is made to locate exhibitors in their desired location this is not always possible due to existing trade and possible layout changes.

How much does it cost to exhibit?

The cost of your pitch will depend on the size stand you wish to book, to work out the cost of an open space pitch you will need to multiply the price of the depth by the required metre frontage. For example, it costs £104 per m frontage for a 6m deep stand so if you wish to book a 9m x 6m pitch you would multiple 9 x £104.

Alu frame units are priced per bay and the Food Hall and Woodland areas are priced separately. Please refer to the tradestand brochure for full details of pitch fees.

When is payment required?

Full payment is required on the return of a completed application form, either in the form of a cheque, card details or BACS payment. Please note that payment will not be processed (card and cheque) until you have been accepted to trade at our Show and your site agreed.

Are there any discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts in our specialist areas of the Show. This includes a 25% discount to all Equine exhibitors, a 10% discount to exhibitors within our Country, Game and Canine area of the Show and a 50% Agricultural discount. Please refer to the tradestand brochure for full details and please ensure your application is completed on the relevant specialist application form.

Do I have to exhibit on all three days?

Yes all exhibitors have to be onsite and open on all three days of the Show.

How do I apply?

You will need to submit a completed application form with full payment to the tradestand department to be considered. Application forms can be downloaded from our website.

When will I know if my application has been successful?

New exhibitors will be informed in the spring time if their application has been successful. Existing trade should re-apply by the specified deadline to secure their pitch. Please refer to the tradestand brochure for further details.

When is the closing date?

The final deadline is Monday 26th April 2021, however please refer to the tradestand brochure for all other relevant deadlines throughout the year. We recommend getting your application form in as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

How many tickets will I get?

Your allocation of exhibitor tickets will be in accordance with the size stand you have booked. This generally covers for the number of staff required for your size stand, however if you do need additional tickets these can be purchased up until 30th June at a discounted rate. When will my vehicle passes and tickets be sent?

All passes will be sent by the end of June, providing we have received your risk assessment and public liability insurance by this date.

Can I have a vehicle on my pitch?

If you require a vehicle on your stand for the duration of the Show then you must apply for a static vehicle pass at the point of booking on the application form. This vehicle must form an essential part of your stand and if not a part of the tradestand display the vehicle must be hidden and not in view of the public. This must also fit within the space booked. Please note static vehicle passes will be issued at the discretion of the society and these are not guaranteed. Where do I park during the Show?

We have three dedicated free of charge trade car parks, please indicate on the application form at the point of booking how many passes you require. Please note that you will be issued with car parking passes for the closest car park to your allocated stand.

Do you offer electricity?

Yes, this needs to be booked and paid for in advance. Please find full details and a booking form in the tradestand brochure.

Do you offer water standpipes to pitches?

Yes, we can offer water standpipes to individual tradestands however this needs to be booked and paid for in advance. Please note a fee is levied for anyone filling hot tubs, spas or ponds on site.

We have a number of individual water standpipes available across site for the use of small water consumption e.g filling kettles, water weights, drinking water etc.
