Kent County Show 2010 16th, 17th, 18th July

If you are reading this blog, then you have logged on to the new Kent County Show website! We really hope you like the new layout and design. As with any big projects it has been like climbing a mountain and we know that we still have a small way to go. I will be attempting to post regular blogs and update visitors to the site about how the preparation for Kent’s biggest outdoor event is coming along. There are huge changes this year and if you read the news items it will give you a flavour of what is to come.

New Campaign Launched

This year the tag line for all the Kent County Show advertising will be ‘LET THE SHOW BEGIN’. The campaign which you will see from April onwards will appear in the Kent Messenger groups portfolio as well as on Arriva buses, roadside boards and all other major Kent publications. This year the Show will be even bigger with entirely new areas and old favourites that have merely moved to a better location. We are excited to have the White Helmets Motorcycle Display Team, so be prepared to gasp at their daredevil antics.

New Kent Event Centre Website

The newly named Kent Event Centre, formerly The Kent Event & Exhibition Centre, at the Showground, will soon have its own website.  The company that designed and built this website will have the site up in a couple of weeks.  Visitors will be able to check the latest events, meeting facilities and general information about the 200 acre site.  All bookings and enquiries should be directed to Alison Wallington on 01622 633055 or email: alison@kentshowground.co.uk
