The Antique Village from Old School Events is normally based at the Old School Hall in East Farleigh, Maidstone, where they hold regular antiques markets in the local community. For the fourth year running Old School Events will be running the wonderfully nostalgic Antique and Vintage Village at the Kent County Show. The Antique Village, in the John Hendry Pavilion, will be vibrant, busy and exciting, full to the brim with stalls selling a glorious miscellany of antiques, jewellery, up-cycled, preloved, shabby chic, collectible, steampunk and curios items. From the luxury and collectible to affordable curios and keepsakes, as well as bespoke creations, there will be something for everyone. To add to the vintage atmosphere they will be creating a retro ‘chill out’ area to rest your feet, old school table games for all to play and a range of sensational local vintage entertainment for all to enjoy.

The Antique and Vintage Village will have over 70 different stalls and entertainers giving everyone the opportunity to get their hands on antique and vintage goods as well as taking part in various different entertainment events. The antique stalls in the area specialise in anything from glassware to jewellery, oriental pieces to nineteenth century items, with some dealers offering a bit of anything and everything. There will also be some more unusual items available to purchase such as taxidermy and industrial lighting marvels from the popular Beauty from Decay.
